Ministries
Each of the ministries conducted within the charge are multipurpose. With fellowship and pastoral care a part of each activity.
The charge conducts two evening and a morning Bible Study groups and a monthly Book Club which meets to gain an overview of a designated Bible Book. Fellowship and care are important aspects of each group.
We have two craft groups; a card making group that sells its handmade products and donates the proceeds to missions and a knitting and craft group that provides both a time of fellowship and knitted garments for missions.
On Tuesday afternoons a childrens ministry is conducted.
Each Thursday morning a number of members assist in ministry at the service held at Alexandra Gardens, our local PresCare facility for which our minister is honorary chaplain.
Every second Friday we hold a family night for the families within the congregations. A meal, social activity and a devotional time provide support for our younger families.
We have an active PWA that meets monthly
A recent development is a nurses fellowship that meets monthly for coffee and encouragement.
